Anti Racism in Sport

Powerful Drama Based Workshops

Overview

Racism in professional sports causes serious harm to people, damages brand and reputations and erodes value.
Our Anti-Racism workshop uses the power of drama and facilitation to deal with complex and sensitive cultural issues. We help create a sense of urgency, alignment and ownership, which is required to create cultural change.
We meet people where they are on their journey, and in the most respectful way possible, we help them collectively move forward.
The subject of racism is often emotionally charged and a difficult one to have. We believe that humour (used respectfully) is a wonderful tool to explore, unpack and challenge some of our thinking and behaviours.
